Redwire completed the acquisition of Edge Autonomy for $925m.

Redwire, an American aerospace manufacturer and space infrastructure technology company, agreed to acquire Edge Autonomy, a provider of field-proven uncrewed airborne system technology for $925m. “We are pleased to complete this acquisition that establishes Redwire as a global leader in the aerospace and defense sector.
