PAMERA Real Estate Partners to acquire Neumarkt Complex from Sonar Real Estate.

PAMERA Real Estate Partners, a company specializing in real estate investment and asset management, agreed to acquire Neumarkt Complex, a mixed-use property in Cologne, from Sonar Real Estate, a company specializing in real estate investment and asset management, acting on behalf of the CCP 5 Fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Despite the challenging market environment, the full letting and extensive refurbishment significantly contributed to the value we, as asset managers, delivered for our client.
