Partners Group-backed PremiStar completed the acquisition of Air Temp Mechanical.

Partners Group-backed PremiStar, a company specializing in commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), building automation, and plumbing services, completed the acquisition of Air Temp Mechanical, an independent commercial HVAC contractor.
