Hg-backed Caseware, a global technology company providing cloud-enabled software solutions, completed the acquisition of Extractly.ai, a provider of intelligent document processing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Extractly.ai is known for its fast, accurate and secure solutions, capable of processing large volumes of documents with ease.
