Söderberg & Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Radcliffe & Co.

Söderberg & Partners, is a financial services and advisory firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Radcliffe & Co, a provider of independent financial advice, offering services such as holistic financial planning, pension planning, investment management, IHT planning, mortgage & equity release service, and protection advice. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have had our share of approaches from industry consolidators and other interested parties, eager to acquire our business. However, it became clear that most of these offers prioritised our revenues from assets under management, rather than preserving our independence and commitment to dedicated client relationships. Söderberg and Partners, however, offer a refreshing approach that allows us to maintain our unique identity and business model.
