Ali Group completed the acquisition of JIPA.

Ali Group, a global manufacturer of foodservice equipment, completed the acquisition of JIPA, a producer of professional cooking equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “JIPA’s expertise in electronic multifunction devices broadens our capabilities and adds new dimensions to how we serve the market. Their highly respected brand complements our existing portfolio and expands Ali Group’s global reach,” Filippo Berti, Ali Group Chairman and CEO.
