InnovaFonds, an independent management company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Nortec, a multidisciplinary technical design office specialising in energy renovation. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment aimed to consolidate the company's regional presence (originally based in the North of France) and expand into new, high-potential regions, such as Paris and Aix-en-Provence.
