Levine Leichtman Capital Partners completed the acquisition of ALL4 from JMH Capital Partners.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ALL4, an environmental services company providing air quality consultancy services, from JMH Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
