Inflexion to acquire a minority stake in Baker Tilly Netherlands.

Inflexion, a mid-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in Baker Tilly Netherlands, an accountancy and advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The management team at Baker Tilly Netherlands has a clear and ambitious vision for the future of their business.
