Accenture completed the acquisition of a minority stake in BCC Sistemi Informatici from BCC Iccrea Group for €300m.

Accenture, a global professional services and technology company, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in BCC Sistemi Informatici, an integrated information system from BCC Iccrea Group, a cooperative banking group, for €300m. "We are pleased with the partnership signed with Accenture, as it enables us to further strengthen technological innovation within our Group," Mauro Pastore, BCC Iccrea Group General Manager.
