Intellect Design Arena, an enterprise fintech company, completed the acquisition of digital banking operations of Central 1, a company providing critical payments, treasury, clearing and settlement services to credit unions and other financial institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Intellect team, along with those joining from Central 1, bring a strong commitment to seamless service and collaboration.
