BV Investment Partners-backed Imagenet, a company specializing in digital mailroom, claims adjudication, contact center, and Print‑to‑EDI solutions, completed the acquisition of Cody Consulting Group, a company focused on proprietary software, outsourced services, and consulting for member communications and compliance. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The current solutions landscape for health plans is fragmented, with multiple vendors and disjointed solutions. These vendors also do not provide consistently high levels of service delivery which is our hallmark.
