Ion Beam, the world leader in particle accelerator technology, and Wallonie, an investment firm, led a €15m Series A round in Mi2-factory, a leading innovator in energy filter technology for ion implementation, with participation from Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen (bm|t). “We thank Pava Partners for the cooperation in this intensive process.
