Demant completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Ohrwerk Group from Nord Holding.

Demant, an evergreen investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Ohrwerk Group, a buy-and-build platform for premium hearing acoustics businesses in Germany, from Nord Holding,an European private equity asset manager focusing on fund investments and direct investments.
