Hafslund, Svartisen and Å Energi to acquire hydro power portfolio of Orkla for NOK6.1bn.

Hafslund, Svartisen and Å Energi, a renewable energy companies focused on hydropower projects, agreed to acquire hydro power portfolio of Orkla, a Norwegian industrial investment company, for NOK6.1bn. “Orkla is an industrial investment company with a brands and consumer-oriented scope.
