NOS completed the acquisition of Claranet Portugal from Claranet for €152m.

NOS, a telecom provider offering mobile and fixed-line services, Pay-TV, internet, voice/data, ICT solutions, completed the acquisition of Claranet Portugal, a Portugal-based service provider delivering managed cloud, cybersecurity, workplace transformation, data & AI, and application services, from Claranet a global technology services provider, for €152m. “The agreement signed today with Claranet strengthens our goal of becoming leader in ICT services in Portugal.
