Boyne Capital-backed Pinnacle Home Improvement completed the acquisition of FAS Windows & Doors and Lindholm Roofing.

Boyne Capital-backed Pinnacle, a home improvement services platform, completed the acquisition of FAS Windows & Doors, a residential window and door dealer, and Lindholm Roofing, a roofing contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Florida’s sustained growth and strong demand for home improvement services makes it a key market for our industry and an important expansion area for the Pinnacle platform.
