Wynnchurch Capital completed the acquisition of Astro Shapes from Monomoy Capital Partners.

Wynnchurch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Astro Shapes, a manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions, from Monomoy Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
