PLG to acquire Stragen Services from Archimed-backed Stragen Group.

PLG, a global provider consulting services for the life sciences industry, agreed to acquire Stragen Services, a service provider in pharmacovigilance, from Archimed-backed Stragen Group, Founded in 1990 in Switzerland, Stragen is a developer complex generic drugs.
