Lufthansa completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in airBaltic for €14m.

Lufthansa, a German aviation group, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in airBaltic, Latvia’s national airline, for €14m. The deal provides airBaltic with additional funding and supports its growth plans, which include the expansion of wet lease agreements, and recognises airBaltic’s leading market position and unique hybrid business model.
