Charlesbank Capital-backed Searchlight Cyber completed the acquisition of Assetnote.

Charlesbank Capital-backed Searchlight Cyber, a computer security service in Portsmouth, England, completed the acquisition of Assetnote, a Brisbane-based Attack Surface Management company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
