PHSE completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in World Infinity Services SRL.​

PHSE, a provider of temperature-controlled and time critical pharmaceutical logistics services, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in World Infinity Services, a global radioactive materials transport and logistics services provider.​ Financial terms were not disclosed.
