Bain Capital completed the acquisition of Frontline Road Safety from Sterling.

Bain Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Frontline Road Safety, a construction services company, from The Sterling Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since launching the Frontline platform in 2020, Sterling has been proud to support the Company's tremendous growth and expansion.
