Portman Ridge Finance to merge with Logan Ridge Finance in a $67m deal.

Portman Ridge Finance, a publicly traded investment company, agreed to merge with Logan Ridge Finance, a business development company focused on lower-middle market investments, in a $67m deal. "This combination is the culmination of a journey we embarked upon over three and a half years ago, aiming to create a more robust and diversified platform for our shareholders," Ted Goldthorpe, Portman Ridge Finance President and CEO.
