Serco to acquire US defence business from Northrop Grumman for $327m.

Serco, a multinational defence, health, space, justice, migration, customer services, and transport company, agreed to acquire US defence business from Northrop Grumman, an aerospace and defense company, for $327m. "We have approximately doubled revenue and more than trebled profit in Serco's North America business in recent years through a successful combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
