Waterland Private Equity completed the acquisition of WellNess Sport Club from Pechel.

Waterland Private Equity, a Netherlands-based investment firm specializing in growth and buy-and-build strategies, completed the acquisition of WellNess Sport Club, network of premium fitness clubs operating in France and Switzerland, from Pechel, a France-based private equity firm specializing in mid-market investments.
