Aurelius Group to acquire Lernia from the Kingdom of Sweden.

Aurelius Group, an asset management group, agreed to acquire Lernia, a staffing, recruitment, matching and training agency, from the Kingdom of Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lernia is renowned for its strong brand and deep expertise in providing flexible workforce solutions. We are excited to welcome Lernia into the AURELIUS family. We are also confident to be able to provide the right support in changing times, and to create value. We intend to develop the company further, in close collaboration with the executive management team and other stakeholders,” Fabian Steger, AURELIUS Managing Director.
