EnviTec Biogas completed the acquisition of LIQVIS from Uniper.

EnviTec Biogas, a German biogas producer, completed the acquisition of LIQVIS, a liquefied natural gas filling stations operator, from Uniper, an energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of LIQVIS GmbH, we are expanding our value chain to include the operation of our own LNG filling stations. The decision to take over the company and its team is a logical continuation of our corporate development," Olaf von Lehmden, EnviTec Biogas CEO.
