DB Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sea Cargo Logistics.

DB Group, a company active in logistics and international shipping, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sea Cargo Logistics, an international freight forwarding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sea Cargo Logistics has significant growth potential, both operationally and financially, and we have already activated synergies between the two groups, taking advantage of promising market conditions," Nicola De Bortoli, DB Group Member of the Board of Directors.
