Metric Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in Xefi, a provider of specialised end-to-end IT solutions for SMEs in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. Metric Capital Partners's strategy of providing bespoke capital solutions allowed XEFI to access significant resources without the structural limitations of traditional debt or the high dilution of pure equity.
