SLB to acquire Interactive Network Technologies.

SLB, a global technology company driving energy innovation, agreed to acquire Interactive Network Technologies, a software provider of Advanced Data visualization solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed “In the past 35 years, we have pushed the limits of subsurface data visualization from traditional desktop to the cloud. SLB has been leveraging INT technology for more than 25 years, and we believe that this acquisition is the natural next step in expanding the reach of our technology in the industry.
