Paragon Partners completed the acquisition of DYMATRIX from PIA.

Paragon Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of DYMATRIX, a provider of SaaS solutions, from PIA, a digital services group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are confident that DYMATRIX will continue its growth trajectory in the future.
