Skolae to acquire a majority stake in M2i from Prologue for €29.4m.

Skolae, a leading network of higher education institutions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in M2i, a professional training provider from Prologue, a French company that provides software solutions, for €29.4m. "This merger marks a significant step in our consolidation strategy and now positions Skolae among the top three leaders in the French continuing education market.
