Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners completed the acquisition of Triumph for $3bn.

Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners, private equity firms, completed the acquisition Triumph Group, an American supplier of aerospace services, structures, systems and support, for $3bn.
