HM Hospitales completed the acquisition of Centro Medico Boadilla.

HM Hospitales, a healthcare facility, completed the acquisition of Centro Medico Boadilla, a private Spanish hospital group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this agreement, we strengthen our leading position within the private healthcare sector in the Community of Madrid and take another step toward our corporate goal of becoming increasingly closer to the citizens of Madrid, in this case, the people of Boadilla and the surrounding towns," Jesús Peláez, HM Hospitals Regional Medical Director.
