Piber Group, a manufacturer of sustainable rigid plastic packaging solutions, has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Europack, a thermoforming company specializing in rigid plastic containers for food packaging, from Cuki Cofresco, an Italian company that specializes in the production and sale of food packaging and other household products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
