Berkshire Partners to invest in Triumvirate Environmental at a valuation of $1.8bn.

Berkshire Partners, a specialist investor in private and public equity, and Court Square Capital, a middle market private equity firm, agreed to invest in Triumvirate Environmental, a provider of hazardous, non-hazardous, and obsolete residual material management and environmental services, at a valuation of $1.8bn.
