Accuron Technologies, a precision engineering and technology group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Trymax Semiconductor, a specialist in plasma-based and UV-based process equipment and solutions for semiconductor manufacturers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is another important milestone for Accuron, enhancing our product offerings and geographical coverage in the semiconductor industry.
