Tilt Renewables completed the acquisition of Boco Rock from Electricity Generating Public Company.

Tilt Renewables, an electricity generation company, completed the acquisition of Boco Rock, a wind farm, from Electricity Generating Public Company, an electric power generation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition not only strengthens our position as a long-term owner and operator of renewable energy assets but also reinforces our dedication to supporting Australia’s transition to a clean energy future,” Anthony Fowler, Tilt Renewables CEO.
