SFP Holding-backed Summit Fire & Security completed the acquisition of Mack Fire Protection from Newlook Capital.

SFP Holding-backed Summit Fire & Security, a full-service provider delivering integrated fire protection and security solutions across the US, completed the acquisition of Mack Fire Protection, a fire protection services company, from Newlook Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The future is bright for Mack Fire Protection and our mission is to continue to grow.
