Sebino, a company that designs, develops and installs security and fire alarm systems, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake of Fire Protection Solutions, a fire protection company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of the majority of FPS – which follows the acquisitions of RAF, DBM, and the branch of Idrotech completed in 2024 – aligns with the Sebino Group’s strategy to expand its leadership in the market segment dedicated to the construction of complex fire protection systems, primarily for industrial clients. This move further enhances our capabilities and competences for the benefit of our clients.
