Outside Interactive completed the acquisition of Inntopia from EagleTree Capital

Outside Interactive, an American company focused on sports and recreation, fitness and nutrition, completed the acquisition of Inntopia, a provider of e-commerce reservation technology and services in the destination travel industry, from EagleTree Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will unite two businesses that share an affinity with travel and outdoor experiences.
