Potentia Energy to acquire renewable assets portfolio from CVC and Cbus.

Potentia Energy, a company developing and operating renewable energy assets, agreed to acquire renewable assets portfolio located across Australia, from CVC DIF, a global mid-market infrastructure equity fund, and Cbus, an Australian industry superannuation fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incredibly pleased to announce our acquisition of a portfolio diversified across geographies, technologies and energy markets, including both operational and development stage projects.
