cleversoft, a provider of cloud-based RegTech solutions, completed the acquisition of Fineksus, provider of financial messaging and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to start working together as part of the cleversoft group, bringing our enhanced capabilities to financial institutions and service new customers especially across Western Europe.
