United Energy to acquire Egypt operations of Apex International Energy.

United Energy, an independent exploration and production company, agreed to acquire Egypt upstream oil and gas exploration and production operations of Apex International Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this sale, we are confident that Apex will be in the right hands in the Egyptian market to fully realize its growth potential.
