United Energy, an independent exploration and production company, completed the acquisition of the Egypt upstream oil and gas exploration and production operations of Apex International Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, for $157m. “With this sale, we are confident that Apex will be in the right hands in the Egyptian market to fully realize its growth potential.
