EssilorLuxottica completed the acquisition of Cellview Imaging.

EssilorLuxottica, an eyewear desginer and manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Cellview Imaging, a retinal imaging diagnostic solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
