Agellus Capital to acquire CompassMSP.

Agellus Capital, a private equity firm that partners with founders, families, and management teams to drive transformational growth in non-discretionary, essential services businesses in the United States and Canada, agreed to acquire CompassMSP, an IT company offering a comprehensive suite of IT and cybersecurity solutions, including managed services, network monitoring, compliance, and cloud solutions.
