KYIP Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Confident.

KYIP Capital, a provider of growth buy-out investment solutions, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Confident, a network of dental clinics. Financial terms were not disclosed. Thanks to the strategic support of KYIP, Confident aims to extend its network of clinics and develop new services aimed at the most socially fragile categories. The growth plan includes a significant increase in operational capacity through the opening of new offices, with the aim of expanding its presence in the area beyond 30 clinics in the next 4 years.
