DC-Datacenter-Group to acquire DCP Data Center Partners.

DC-Datacenter-Group, a company that specializes in data center development, planning, operation, and secure IT infrastructure solutions, agreed to acquire DCP Data Center Partners, a Data Center investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of DCP to our portfolio is a logical step to meet the dynamic and ever-growing demands of the market. We can now cover the entire spectrum of data center development and implementation in a customer-oriented manner, providing comprehensive and sustainable solutions – from the initial idea to successful implementation and even data center operation," Ralf Siefen, DCG founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Management Board.
