STG-backed CaseWorthy, a software company, completed the acquisition of Eccovia, a software and services company that provides innovative case management and data analytics solutions to social and human services providers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Eccovia’s mission has been to provide health and social services agencies with technologies and actionable data to better serve their communities. By becoming part of the CaseWorthy team, Eccovia materially contributes to the CaseWorthy social and human services case management platform and adds new offerings – all to the end of better serving our combined customer base,” Steve Taylor, Eccovia CEO.
